When I am in Sofia, I like staying here. Recently renovated and clean place to stay in, it has very knowledgeable and efficient staff from night shift. The breakfast is nice with an undrinkable coffee and the location is magnificent.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the National Art Gallery and the Russian Church St Nicholas. The room was quite spacious, and we enjoyed the comfort of the bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell. The spa was nice, but we didn't get to use it as much as we hoped due to the water issues. the experience was mixed, but we appreciated being close to the city's sites.

Location was very good - but that is all.

Our junior suite was directly above a disco, which was open until 7 in the morning. This meant that without ear plugs nobody could get any sleep at all. breakfast was very poor also.

Spacious rooms, large comfy bed, convenient central location, quiet even though on a busy street, helpful reception, good value all things considered.

No in-room safes,shower curtain, limited breakfast, slow lift, wifi doesn't work in some rooms.
